Woodbadge training starts as soon as you have been appointed to a full appointment within a section. This means also having completed your Getting Started Training.
There are a number of modules to be completed, Some will require attendance at a course, others you may have relevant experience.
Woodbadge Training Modules are run similar to the NVQ System, whereby you produce evidence to be validated.
A Personal Training Plan is produced with a Training Advisor, who will be appointed once your Line Manager has registered you for the Woodbadge Training.
You have 3 years to complete your training and every effort will be undertaken, to assist you all through the period.
All Adults holding a uniformed appointment within the Sections require a valid First Aid Qualification.
